Teoría del color y precisión en filamentos 3D
La teoría del color es un grupo de reglas básicas en la mezcla de colores para lograr el efecto deseado combinando pigmentos. Combinando 4 pigmentos básicos se logran todos los colores del rango cromático. Lo que parece simple es un arte en la impresión, y llevado a 3D es aún más complejo. Tras años de desarrollo en tecnología FDM/FFF por fabricantes líderes como Fillamentum, se ha logrado amplia gama de colores optimizando mezcla de pellets base naturales con pigmentos específicos, incluso consiguiendo exactamente el mismo código de color en diferentes producciones.
Fillamentum es fabricante líder consolidado en impresión 3D por alta calidad fabricación y amplia variedad materiales y colores. En este aspecto, cuida la tonalidad que ofrece a usuarios, asegurando el código de color (RAL y Pantone) indicado para cada referencia. Sobre CPE HG100
La gran mayoría de tonos disponibles en PLA Premium, pero algunos solo en CPE HG100. Este material es un copolímero termoplástico (polietileno clorado termoplástico, producido por cloración de PET polietileno). CPE HG100 tiene alta resistencia al impacto (sin rotura), alta dureza, resistencia a tracción y térmica, entre muchas cualidades. Sus propiedades mecánicas son similares o incluso superiores a ABS, especialmente en dureza y elongación a rotura, pero con facilidad de impresión similar a PLA.
Así, cualquier usuario de impresora 3D FFF/FDM puede crear con el rango de colores deseado con la seguridad de que pasado tiempo podrá adquirir bobina con exactamente el mismo tono, referenciado con su código RAL y Pantone.
